Universal Message of Peace Foundation. From Jordan to the world…An intellectual project that transcends borders to promote a culture of peace and coexistence
"The scope of the Universal Peace Message Foundation's activities is expanding, and the avenues for its intellectual and humanitarian presence are diversifying. This is part of a movement to make peace an established culture that transcends geographical boundaries and differences in religion and culture, moving from the circle of ideas to the sphere of initiatives, encounters, and partnerships. From Jordan, where the Foundation participated in the Tenth International Conference for Peace, to New Zealand, where the dialogue extended to a local church, and through its activities in the economic and media spheres, the Foundation continues to define its intellectual project, which is inspired by the values of justice, mercy, freedom and coexistence. It places human dignity at the heart of its message.
Jordan.. An international platform for renewing the message of peace
"From September 26 to 30, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan hosted the 10th International Conference for Peace, with delegations and representatives from several Arab countries participating. The conference aimed to discuss approaches to promote a culture of peace, foster societal dialogue, and enhance cooperation among nations.
The Universal Message of Peace Foundation participated in the conference with a high-level delegation, led by Hay Muawiyah. The delegation included Haj Muhammad Al-Amin, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee for Activities in Europe; Muhammad al-Shantnawi, Secretary of the Foundation; Dr. Muhammad Ghayda, Advisor to the Director General of the Foundation; Dr. Ahmed Al-Sharif, Deputy Director General of the Foundation for Economic Affairs; and Magdi Tantawi, Director General of the Foundation.
The participation was part of the Foundation's vision to promote a culture of peace, consolidate the values of dialogue and coexistence, reject conflicts and divisions, and strengthen the common ground that unites the Arab peoples, at a time when the region is facing successive challenges that require expanding the scope for understanding and cooperation.
The Foundation's delegation presented a working paper outlining its objectives and vision for promoting a culture of peace and building societies capable of overcoming differences through dialogue, respect for human beings, and the consolidation of the values of tolerance and cooperation.
The conference events also witnessed the presentation of the book "Under Egypt's Leadership..." "The Last Battle to Save the Arab World" by the thinker Ali Mohamed Al-Shorafa Al-Hammadi, Head of the Universal Peace Message Foundation, which tackles a vision of Egypt's role in addressing the challenges facing the Arab region and calls for an Arab project based on cooperation, integration, and the protection of the people's assets.
Honoring Al Shorafa Al-Hamadi.. A tribute to an intellectual and humanitarian journey
The conference honored the thinker Ali Mohamed Al-Shorafa Al-Hammadi, President of the Universal Message of Peace Foundation, in recognition of his intellectual and humanitarian efforts to promote a culture of peace, entrench the values of dialogue and coexistence, and call for the rejection of violence and hatred. "This honor was in recognition of the intellectual project proposed by Al-Shorafa Al-Hammadi, which transforms peace into a guiding principle for interactions and a standard behavior within societies, rather than mere rhetoric echoed in international forums.
The concept of human dignity is central to this project, which calls for upholding the values of justice, mercy and freedom, and for re-evaluating Qur'anic values as the basis for building more secure and stable societies. The project is also linked to the call to overcome sectarian and denominational differences, and to reject the instrumentalization of religious and cultural differences as a tool for conflict or exclusion, on the basis that coexistence does not require conformity of beliefs and ideas, as much as it is based on the respect for the human being and his or her right to disagreement.
"Glimpses on the Road".. A call for restoring the values of peace
In the context of his interest in the intellectual project of Al-Shorafa Al-Hamadi, Dr. Essam Sharaf, former Prime Minister of Egypt, praised the ninth part of the “Glimpses on the Path” series, emphasizing that the book is characterized by directness in presenting ideas and clarity of vision, and carries a call for the world to return to the path of peace.
He commended the book's moral vision, which is based on the Holy Quran and calls for consolidating the values of mercy, justice, cooperation, and respect for human dignity.
The series addresses issues of reform, the future of the Arab world, and political, economic, and social challenges. It presents visions and projects aimed at addressing current crises and envisioning prospects.
This praise comes as part of the interest in the ideas put forward by Al-Al Shorafa Al-Hamadi regarding intellectual reform, correcting misconceptions, and re-evaluating human values that unite people and reduce the causes of conflict and division.
Intellectual meetings that open the doors to collaboration
On the sidelines of the Tenth International Conference for Peace, the delegation of the Universal Message of Peace Foundation was keen to hold meetings with a number of dignitaries and participants to define the Foundation's message objectives and intellectual and humanitarian projects.

He gave a presentation on the content of the series “Glimpses on the Road” and highlighted the issues that it addresses in its analysis of the current situation of the Arab nation and foresight of its future.
He also reviewed the Foundation's goals and vision for spreading a culture of peace, fostering dialogue and coexistence, and building an Arab consciousness based on respect for human beings and the search for common ground among peoples.
The meetings also witnessed the granting of several of Al-Shorafa Al-Hummadi's works to participants and those interested in intellectual and cultural affairs, in a move aimed at broadening awareness of his ideas and opening new spaces for discussion on issues of peace, reform and cooperation.
The Foundation's delegation met with Subaiha Hassan Khattab, a member of the Business Professional World Emirates Club, a member of the Supreme Council of the International Organization for Volunteerism, and a member of the اهHigher Advisory Board of the Knights of Peace. Haj Muhammad Al-Amin also presented Her Highness Sheikha Maryam bint Hamad Al Khalifa with several works by the Al-Shorafa Alhammadi. He outlined the Foundation's roadmap, its international presence, and its efforts to promote a culture of peace and rapprochement among peoples.
From Jordan to New Zealand... A dialogue that transcends religious and cultural boundaries
As part of its ongoing efforts to foster cross-cultural understanding, the town of Kaiapoi in New Zealand hosted a meaningful encounter between Dr. Hashem Al-Kilani, Director of the Universal Message of Peace Foundation's office in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and members of the Kaiapoi Baptist Church and the local community.
The dialogue centered on the concept of peace as a universal value that transcends religious, geographical, and cultural boundaries, affirming the right of every individual to live in safety, dignity, and freedom, free from intolerance, hatred, and conflict.
Al-Kilani reviewed the Foundation's objectives and vision, which are based on establishing the values of justice, compassion, freedom, and peace, promoting cooperation among peoples, respecting religious and cultural diversity, and building bridges of communication between communities.
The meeting also explored the intellectual vision of thinker Ali Mohammed Al-Shorafa Al-Hammadi, whose writings advocate for upholding Qur'anic values to build a society grounded in peace, justice, and mercy, while rejecting disagreement as a cause for division and conflict.
At the end of the meeting, Al-Kilani presented the attendees with several works by Al-Shorafa Al-Hamadi, including the books "A Message of Peace" and "The Qur'an Testifies to the Authenticity of the Christian Faith." The aim was to introduce the intellectual project of the Foundation and open horizons for dialogue and understanding between Muslims, Christians, and all components of human society.
This visit represents a move towards conveying a message of peace to local communities, and affirming that building understanding begins with face-to-face encounters, listening to others, and respecting their right to disagree.
Economic integration: Peace as a common interest
The activity of the Universal Message of Peace Foundation was not limited to the intellectual and cultural spheres, but also extended to exploring opportunities for Arab economic cooperation, based on a vision that considers integration among countries as one of the avenues supporting development and stability.
In this context, Dr. Ahmed Al-Sharif, Deputy Director General of the Foundation for Economic Affairs, met with Nidal Al-Dabbass, Advisor to the Jordanian Minister of Investment, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Investment in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The meeting explored investment opportunities in Jordan and ways to exploit them to support the flow of capital and joint ventures among Arab countries.
The two sides also discussed the trade and investment initiative between Jordan and the Arab countries, within the framework of the Arab integration initiative adopted by the Foundation, which aims to strengthen economic cooperation and expand areas of partnership to achieve mutual interests and support development.
Al-Sharif stressed the importance of economic integration as a path to strengthening ties among Arab countries, encouraging joint investment, and exchanging expertise, products, and services, thereby opening up new horizons for cooperation and enhancing the ability of Arab economies to face challenges.
This move reflects the Foundation's approach of linking the discourse of peace with the dimensions of development and shared interests, given that economic cooperation can create a more favorable environment for understanding and stability.
Media and awareness-raising... The word is a bridge to peace.
Media is part of the vision of the Universal Peace Message Foundation as an influential tool in shaping public awareness, protecting societal peace, and countering rumors and hate speech.
In this context, Hay Muawiyah, the Foundation's Supervisor for the Horn of Africa and the Maghreb, emphasized that media discourse is not merely a means of conveying news, but also an ethical and social responsibility due to its impact on individuals' awareness and the stability of societies.
He stressed the importance of verifying news and distinguishing between accurate information and rumors, especially given the rapid spread of content on social media. He warned that inaccurate news could escalate into a social crisis that it would be difficult to contain its effects.
He also addressed the importance of media language in safeguarding societal peace, the need to avoid sarcasm, insults, and incitement, the importance of respecting human dignity, facilitating dialogue among those with differing views, presenting facts fairly, and granting parties the right to respond.
Arab Partnerships and Prospects for Cooperation
In Cairo, efforts to promote Al-Shorafa Al-Hamadi's intellectual project extended to Arab and international figures through cultural meetings that included presenting his works and introducing his ideas on peace and reform.
During the seminar and book signing event for the twelfth volume of the Encyclopedia of Leading Arab Women, organized by the Arab Women's Media Network at the Hilton Ramses Hotel, attended by delegations and dignitaries from 12 Arab countries, Austria, and France, Dr. Moataz Salahuddin, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Universal Peace Message Foundation in Cairo, presented copies of Al-Shorafa Al-Hamadi's works to Ambassador Amta Mohsen Al-Abad, President of the Yemeni "Together for Peace" Initiative.
Al-Abed highly commended Al-Shorafa Al-Hamadi’s ideas on peace, mercy, and justice. She emphasized the importance of joint Arab and international efforts to promote a culture of coexistence and tolerance, and expressed her hope for cooperation between the initiative and the Foundation.
Moataz Salahuddin also presented the works of Al-Ashorafa Al-Hamadi to Professor Dr. Al-Jawhari Al-Shabini, an expert in renewable energy in Vienna, who expressed his appreciation for the intellectual project, noting the importance of returning to Qur'anic values and the principles of compassion, justice, peace and humanity they carry.
A message that transcends geography
The diverse activities of the Universal Peace Message Foundation reflect its broad international presence with approximately 50 branches and headquarters worldwide. Through its offices and representatives, it works to spread its vision of peace, coexistence, and dialogue, and to foster communication between different peoples and cultures.
The tools for this presence are manifold, including international conferences, intellectual meetings, the donation of literary works, and dialogue with religious institutions and local communities, alongside economic and media initiatives that seek to link the values of peace with development and awareness-building.
Ultimately, the Foundation presents a project that places people at the heart of its mission and makes justice, compassion, freedom, and coexistence the cornerstones for building more understanding and stable societies.
From Jordan to New Zealand, and from intellectual meetings to economic integration initiatives, efforts continue to transform peace from an abstract idea into a practice embodied in dialogue, cooperation and respect for diversity. The core message remains that the path to peace begins with reforming consciousness, extends through building trust, and is consolidated when human dignity becomes an indivisible value.
